Alex’s Story…

Alex Howard is a renowned chef with over 20 years’ experience in some of the UK’s best hotels and restaurants. Classically trained in France, Alex is in touch with the seasons and believes in maintaining great relationships with suppliers and producers local to him. He uses this experience to create an innovative menu, bursting with classic flavours, elegant presentation and served with charm. Alex creates a warm atmosphere for diners to enjoy his cuisine, presented personally with the style and flare in which they are created. Since focussing on private catering eight years ago Alex has delivered hundreds of events across the UK, these range from dinner parties to lunches, buffets to garden parties.

As the mornings start to become brighter and the first signs of spring are showing I look forward to the opportunity of foraging for wild garlic in a local wood. The lambing season will soon be in full swing and we start to see wonderful crabs and pollock coming from our shores!
